Shipping
- Orders will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside these times will be processed within 2 business days.
- Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
- A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm must be provided when placing an order.
- Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance.
- Deliveries in New Zealand are by Courier Post. Please allow for up to 3 -10 working days for delivery.
- Deliveries in Australia are by Australian Post. Please allow for up to 3 -10 working days for delivery.
- Deliveries in all other countries are by Express Courier (country specific).
- Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Currency and Tax
- All prices are shown in US, NZ or AU dollars.
- All prices include service tax relevant to that countries store, at check out.
Payment
- Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal, ZipPay (sign up at account.zipmoney.com.au) and by bank deposit.
- We take every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.
Returns
- VASH produce high quality products. We are pleased to offer a full money back guarantee should you not be happy with your online purchase. We accept returns due to change of mind within 7 days of the date of delivery of an item.
