SHIPPING 

We love to get your MOOI to you as swiftly as possible! We work hard to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered to all customers on time, however please note, we are only human, so the below delivery times are an approximate guide only.

 

IMPORTANT:  Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes so please ensure you are providing a physical address where your MOOI delivery can be signed for during working hours. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched. 

  

Order Processing

 

Orders placed with MOOI will be processed within standard working hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST (excluding public holidays).

If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed the next business day.

 

Australian orders

 

Deliveries in Australia are by Fastways Couriers or Australian Post. Please allow for up to 3-10 working days for delivery. 

 

New Zealand orders

 

Deliveries in New Zealand are by Courier Post. Please allow for up to 3-10 working days for delivery. 

 

All other countries

 

Deliveries in all other countries are by Express Courier (country specific).

 

Sit tight! As soon as your MOOI order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number for details so you can view your package’s progress. 

 

Please note that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. Any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
